The local area – on the doorstep of Kaplan Business School in Central London

Situated at the heart of the South Bank on the River Thames, Kaplan Business School’s premises provide the ideal location for an exciting and diverse student experience and adds to your experience of studying in London.

Located on a beautiful stretch of riverside, facing the Houses of Parliament, the South Bank is only minutes from Covent Garden. Flanked by the iconic London Eye and OXO Tower, the atmosphere along this popular and spectacular stretch of the river is relaxing, creative and appeals to all ages. We are next to the London Bridge mainline and underground station with easy access to the city. London Bridge Station is serviced by trains from Kent and Surrey and offers direct connections to Charing Cross, Cannon Street, Waterloo East and Blackfriars stations. Trains also connect directly with stations on the Thameslink line. The station is also served by First Capital Connect which runs trains every 15 minutes between Brighton, Gatwick, Luton and Bedford.

There are lots of places to get free entertainment near Kaplan Business School:
The National Theatre is the cultural heart of the South Bank and holds free music concerts and art exhibitions every weeknight in the foyer.
The Tate Modern is an ever changing treasure chest of weird and wonderful art, with the Turbine Hall hosting memorable larger than life pieces. Best of all, the main part is completely free.
The South Bank Centre is a multi-venue cultural hub, incorporating The Royal Festival Hall, Hayward Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and Poetry Library.
The British Film Institute cares for the world’s richest and most significant collection of film and television. The BFI is located on the South Bank and regularly holds screenings and film festivals of all types.
Roxy Bar and Screen on Borough High Street is not only a favourite for KLS parties, but hosts a varied programme of free screenings from film-noir to futuristic video art. Roxy offer Kaplan Law School students a Buy One get One Free deal on drinks when attending a screening.
The Scoop is also less than 5 minutes walk away – this is an outdoor sunken amphitheatre which regularly hosts a variety of free events including free films, free music and free theatre.
